Maija-Leena Rissanen (M.Sc. in telecom, MBA) works as a consultant in Arctic Ideas Consulting. With 30 years’ experience from telecom and IT, environmental, manufacturing and mining industries I offer business development support, innovation and ideas for your business. Having worked in companies of different sizes, my own career has focused heavily in development of sales and marketing of new products and services to new customers.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships, commercializing and service design of products and services for international markets are my own special areas of expertise. I know concretely what type of processes and methods are successful and I am able to scale these best practices into companies of different sizes. Good advice and ideas may benefit also your company!
As a person I am direct and energetic, always enthusiastic about new ideas, which has kept me on par with the technology development over the years. In leisure time, I enjoy among other watching ice hockey live (…go Kärpät!…), going to rock concerts and walking the little dog I have.
